Tyler Mall Outparcel

RIVERSIDE, CA

This project is a 6,000 SF core and shell building being developed by Forever 21 for 2 national chain restaurant tenants. The design intent is to create a singularly unified building that also provides individual architectural identity for each of the tenants. It also features covered outdoor dining patios that will establish a pedestrian presence on the busy boulevard and parking lot dominated environment.
